CII shall not be responsible in any manner for any misuse of log in ID and available of services in any unauthorised manner. However, in the event of any such facts comes to the notice of CII, it shall have complete right to take any appropriate action which may include:
To terminate your access to the services and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.
To terminate or suspend your access to the services for inactivity, which is defined as failing to log your respective account for an extended period of time, as determined by myCII.in
To any other action amounting to forfeiture of amount remitted at the time of activating the account, etc.
Services available in myCII.in can be accessed by users registered from CII member companies after getting authorization from respective CEO / CII Contact of the company. When you log in and click the services, the respective CEO / CII Contact will get displayed for your reference.
It is agreed by the user that the services availed by the user shall be on sole risk of the user. The user acknowledges that myCII.in site may contain links to other web sites operated by third parties ("linked sites") which are neither endorsed nor are affiliated with the linked site and CII shall not be responsible for any content of any linked site.
